Hi. What just happened to my ST7789 LCD...its not hot. i cant even init it Resistors doent touch... Whats wrong. Do i burn it... i use correct resistors and 3.3v to power lcd.
Could you clarify?
Did it work, now it does not?
How long did it work?
And… what did you change?
Or… what did you do, on purpose or by accident?
Any physical trauma? Left it out in the rain, or sun? Dropped it?
How is it being powered? Any chance it got connected wrong even briefly?
Tell us the whole story.
Also: stuff happens. Maybe a spot of bad luck has visited you.

i was working on project... i have accidently looked to the lcd because of shots. 1 sec later lcd got black. I didnt care and go sleep and wake up at this day. I tryed to open it but i cant. I didnt drop it and its not hot.First i think i pass 100.000 on my arduino. (i didnt buy it from site) and then i think its fried but its impossible to it has fried because controller and lcd isnt hot
I would assume you fried it and possibly other things. Looking at the "Technical" links you posted I cannot find anything to substantial on this. Also it was not noted on the Schematic you included. Just a hint: Most electronics when they fail do not get warm, it is failure dependent. Check the data sheet, the one I am looking at says 4.5 to 5.5 volt operation. I would suggest watching some tutorials on basic electronics.
i no longer look to the links i post. simple circuits is a better site and explains better. Also im gonna buy a 10 * 2.2k resistors for st7789 (if i found an another good priced and also same location with me)
That is your choice and mine is to let you solve it yourself as I do not play guessing games. As you start getting some experience in and the understanding of electronics you may eventually understand why this information is asked for especially when we cannot see or touch your project. When you find that site let us know. Good Luck!
@gaouser what is your native language?
Turkish but i learn english for 3 years
I asked because sometimes it is helpful to steer users to the section that supports their native language.
I do not know if there is a section for Turkish.
Please start by reading this post How to get the best out of this forum - Using Arduino / Installation & Troubleshooting - Arduino Forum
Understand that nobody will be able to provide you with proper help, other than guesses, unless you follow the directions for asking a proper question.
no. theres no section for turkish. on the vb forums when i was new, i used google translate but it results dumb questions
