I have an old joystick for PC. I only want to use the analogic joystick as you can see in the photos.
How have i to connect the wires to the arduino Mega?

Your English seems OK to me, i can understand what you want.
First, there's no photo's in your post.
There's 2 ways to get some photo's in posts.
You can upload your pictures to an image host.
Tinypic and Photobucket are a few i've used myself.
Once you have put the pictures over there, they will provide a link for you to copy.
Now, you can put that link between [img] [/img] tags in your forum message, if the provided links doesn't already have those tags.
Or you can reduce your pictures to a reasonable size, and click 'Attachments and other options', which is located under the message box you are using to type your post.
It will extend to a menu, allowing you to add attachments.
You can find out how to show those attachments in your post (click !).
Once you have shown your pictures, someone might be able to help you with that joystick of yours.
But aren't those just some potentiometers ?

The post that I saw had two "broken picture" symbols. However, I was able to click on them and see pictures of the joystick.
I see potentiometers so maybe it is easy to connect. However, there are trim tabs and I do not know how they affect the situation.

And i won't do that just for someone else who needs help.
Find a decent image host instead, and use that, or upload the pictures as described above.
