I am trying to uninstall old Arduino software (1.8) and reinstall new versions however, I cannot uninstall the old version completely. Every 5 minutes the old installer pops up with the License agreement. Is there a way to ensure the old software is completely uninstalled? Or is there a way to disable this license agreement popup?
