Its not clear the question you are asking.
If some lines 'dont work' then it seems implicit that the display is faulty.
However its always possible that the software you are using to drive the display is the fault and the display is working fine.
Might be an idea to post the code you are using.
I use the u8g2 library. The display (256*64) is connected via 4-WIRE SPI. The display on exactly the same controller (SSD 1322), but smaller (3.12 inches), works perfectly on this code. The question is that on the Internet I did not find photos of the defects of such displays; basically, the problem is with users due to software errors.
The display could be faulty.
Your wiring could be incorrect.
Your sketch could be incorrect.
You could be using the wrong library.
It could be all of the above.
It could be some of the above.
It could be none of the above.
