Can someone help me? I'm new to Arduino UNO, suddenly my Arduino stops working after I mistakenly plug 12v and GND connection to Arduino. Now it doesn't show to my Device Manager or doesn't recognize at all.

Where exactly did you connect the 12V into on the Uno ?
5V pin I guess? It suddenly disconnects from my device(pc).
Then you probably killed it. Suggest you look for a replacement.
12V's on the 5V thingies is a recipe for disaster.
Not only should you get a replacement, but you should get a spare for when another disaster recipe is baked.
