What Arduino has an onboard DC-DC converter?
The ones I have and know of use a linear regulator, very different.
A DC/DC converter converts one DC voltage into another DC voltage,
so a linear regulator is also a DC/DC converter.
A switching DC/DC converter just does it in a more efficient way.
