Onboard pin13 amber led dim?

Hello,

I've had this problem before although I can't re-find the answer. My onboard led is very dim. It just stays dim. I have a tlc5940, 7 segement display, and a ds1307 attached although I don't think its like a load issue.

What am I doing wrong?

If you are curious about my wiring, its just the wiring for a tlc5940 and a ds1307 combined.

Is there anything else connected to "pin 13"?
If not, what's its status if you disconnect the other devices?
What's the story with 5V in general?

Nothing is connected to it.

I changed the serial port and that fixed it... weird.
