You want to use 1 Button?
And 2 LEDs (the color doesn't matter?)
So you want to press the button and release it. Then the first Led blinks a few seconds and then stops again. When you press the button a second time the second LED should start blinking?

Read to me more like after led1 blinks for a while, led2 comes on automatically- but unclear if led2 blinks or is solid on- and then a second button press turns led2 off.
It's also not stated what's supposed to happen next- does a third / fourth etc press do that all again, or is it a one-off?
And what happens if the second press is during led1's blinking session? Is the button to be ignored, or does it prevent led1 finishing its cycle and also prevent led2 doing anything?
