One computer says I'm banned?

I've been getting a few different errors when I try to look at the forum from my desktop computer lately. I seem to get a lot of 403 and bad gateway errors.

Now when I try to go to the forum on that machine it says I have been banned. I can still log on and post from my laptop. What gives? I cleared the cookies and got the same thing again.

Latest update of Firefox on Windows Vista (ugh) is the one messing up. My Win7 machine is the one I can post from, using the same version of firefox.

Have you tried logging in with IE instead of Firefox on the Vista box? Maybe Firefox is not dropping the cookie?

Or Chrome. Seems pretty stable with WinVista, Win7 Pro.
