can anybody tell me where can i get low cost one shield for Arduino project cause here everything is so expensive in online..or any body can sell me one shield arduino with low price within 1K to 2k max..

What is this?
There are many types of shields. A shield is just the name for a component board that plugs over the Arduino. It can have many different circuits on it.
It can control motors, have multiplexed inputs, can light LEDs, can control an LED matrix, can do speech recognition, can read thermostats. The list is endless.

Did you mean a "1Sheeld" from Seeed Studio? (It's an HC-06 Bluetooth 2.1 adapter shield and a library so you can use the capabilities of your Android phone instead of individual hardware pieces like GPS, LCD, 7-segment display, accelerometer...)

What do you mean by "1K to 2k max"?!? Is the 'K' a unit of money? Does the 'K' indicate thousands of somethings?
