hi, I keep getting these error messages with ever program. readlink C:\Users......\OneDrive\Documenten\ArduinoData\packages:the system can't find this file cant compile for board Arduino/Genuino Uno I don't know what to do please help me thank you.

Ah, I see now. Are you using the Windows App Store version of the Arduino IDE?
