Only send RF signal once when not gate switched

Hi guys,
i am building a sensor that detects when a window has been opened for a security system. it uses an a3114 hall effect sensor to detect a magnet attached to a window. the signal from the hall sensor is inverted through a not gate, which then sends a message to the central control box using a ht12e encoder and 433mhz rf transmitter module. however, the hall sensor will keep sending a signal so the rf module will keep sending too many times. does anyone have any ideas on how i could have the rf module send once until reset?

Thanks in advance!

Stick an arduino in there and code it to send once

ok!

There are much simpler and cheaper ways to do it, but that would require a complete detailing of the parts involved and the present circuit.
