By mistake i put pin1 VSS in the 5V+ instead to ground, i managed to fix that but since than my lcd lights up but nothing on the screen only white boxes are coming, Can I fix it please appreciate your help

Did the LCD work before? What LCD? How is it connected (provide photos and schematic)? What Arduino board? What code are you using?
We cannot help you if you will not supply enough information.
