Would it be to much to ask for "updated posts filtered by original poster"?
A discussion can get off the subject very quickly and in lengthy discussion it is hard to see if progress is being made ( in original poster view) and or if the original poster is still actively participating in the discussion.
The only way I am aware of is to list all the posts the OP has made.
