OpAmp Design / ORP Probe ?

Hi all,

next question:
I have an ORP probe, which i would like to read with the Arduino. It puts out ~ +70mV. Could sombody more knowledgeble about OpAmps help me with designing an circuit to amplify that signal to the 5V region ?

I already have a couple of TL062s flying around, so are those suited to

  1. amplify the voltage to ~ 3-4 V,
  2. run from the Arduino 5V supply
