Open and close hand fan

Hello everyone, everything good? I need to carry out a project in which I must be able to open and close a "hand fan" in up to 10 seconds.

To elucidate a little more than about, I study at a college that promotes robot battles, and I would like to use a mechanism similar to the one used in last year's competition, I would like to make a system of opening and closing "hand fan" similar to the one of this video: NEXT FIAP ROBOCUP 2019 - YouTube, more precisely around 5 seconds.

Could anyone help me on how to do this?

I would use a hobby servo, like used in RC airplanes. Glue one side of the fan to the top lid. Drill out the pivot hole. Run the servo shaft up through the pivot hole and glue it to the other side of the fan.
