i am developing a charge free gps tracking portal / platform.
I would like to ask and inform if here is somebody, who is working on GSM / GPS shields and who would like to be involved into open tracking and telemetrie stuff?
My purpose is to create an open api so developers can create applications for one way or two way communications to track, transmit or talk to tcp clients.
