Using Arduino Programming Questions

Hi Guys

Total noob to arduino.

Equipment:

Open Smart TFT LCD Shield HX8352B (on board sd card reader)
Mega 2560

My problem is this. I have searched high and low for code to help with just getting the touch screen to work.

I have tried the different liabries Adafruit & McuFriend.

I have no response on screen at all.
Possibly because i just don't have the right code.

Aim is to use touch screen to display data from various input sensors and also have touch buttons on screen to trigger various outputs.

I have programmed a Uno R3 board for 1 or 2 very simple projects with success.

Ill leave it at that for now just to get going.
