Opening Arduino IDE ( Pwershell included as asked by @ptillisch )

I have downloaded the Arduino Integrated Development Environment software, but it is not launching. The logo continues to pulsate. I am using Windows 10 and Arduino IDE version 2.3.3. Please provide guidance on resolving this issue.
Here is the powershell.

That looks like json. I do not know what you did but that is not a (usual) powershell output.

Please follow these instructions: IDE hangs on startup, with no error shown in logs - #3 by ptillisch

I did try those and the result is right there. Now I'm trying to download the older version and see if that opens.

I cannot find the powershell. My laptop is not showing that to me once I right click, and so i accidentally posted a JSON file.

It's <shift><right-click>, not <right-click>.

wdym? i dont get it. im doing exactly the same

Theis is the menu with <shift><right-click>. I've marked the powershell entry.
