I work on a clock with weather updates. All is run by a wemos D1 mini with 2x7219 modules. All is working well. Wemos is connecting thru a website (wifimanager) to my router and pick up the time and weather (temperature, humidity, cloudiness, rain, wind).
For weather I use an api from Openweathermap. I am in UK and my problem is Openweathermap can't provide a search for location by postcode (I understand that feature is working with US and other countries).
All credentials for weather app are hardcoded and I don't want that.
I am seeking advices regarding:
- any other weather app outhere (free) with a postcode location search;
- any other means to point and connect the clock on any location.
