Opta wifi does not connect to the wifi network

I have a problem with my arduino OPTA wifi, it does not connect to my wifi network, try to use the sketches that are included in the arduino examples such as the wifiwebclient that when uploaded to the arduino the serial monitor showed the message
Please run the "WiFiFirmwareUpdater" sketch once to install the WiFi firmware.

I found the sketch and uploaded it to the arduino but when it gets to the certificate part it mentions the following error
Error writing certificates and the LED starts flashing red, otherwise the arduino OPTA works fine.
Please help.

Hi @isidro12 ,

You can try to update the WiFi Firmware of your Arduino Opta via the following tutorial: https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/opta/memory-partitioning.

Best,

I followed the steps in the tutorial, but the OPTA LED flashes red

Please update your board's bootloader as follows. In Arduino IDE go to File > Examples > STM32H747_System > STM32H747_manageBootloader. Open the Serial Monitor, select 115200 baud rate and proceed with the update following the instructions in the monitor.

Then try again with the Memory Partition tutorial. If the problem persists. You can contact the technical support team via the following link https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us/
