Changed email, now all new orders don't show up in account, and no invoices are emailed.
Cant do a refund because support is asking for an invoice that never existed.
No way to generate or send new invoice.

You can contact Arduino using https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us to sort the email out.
I've never bought from Arduino directly so don't know if different profiles are stored for forum and shop.
Can't help any further.
So did you update your profile to include your new address?
I have and found that they do not. That is they only use the email address in your profile.
Do you still have access to the old email address? The invoice could have been sent there.
Support is ghosting me wont respond almost 2 days now after their request for the pdf invoice. I told them i don't have that email and never did.
Nothing new in that previous email address, checked spam too. This is a bug in their system.
The profile address was automatically updated to the new email. New orders are not showing up in the profiles order history.
Yet the new email receives "order confirmed", "order on the way", and i imagine soon "order delivered" email updates.
Find "sales"

You won't find it with that attitude.
@regalis Being this is the Christmas / New year time of the year I suspect most employees of Arduino are taking a break until the new year.
It is only us volunteers are crazy enough to provide out of hours support.
1 day after Christmas no Response still.
Some countries actually prefer healthy workers.
Are you in the U.S.A. ?
I have been watching some videos lately showing what people from there find unexpected when they move to the UK is the number of "days off" other people get.
In addition we have generally an accumulated leave allowance of two days for each month you work in a leave year. It depends on your contract, so it could be, and often is, more.
Most employees in the UK have a national holiday on the 25th and 26th of December, and 1st January (with an extra day of on the second if you live in Scotland).
So most people take some of their annual leave so they do not work from Christmas day until the 2nd or 3rd of January.
This tends to happen across most of Europe as well.
Support has replied and continues to ask for an invoice that never existed.
They will not process refund, instead are trying to help me "fix" an item that will never work for me.
They ask for things like perfect condition, all packing supplies, and the paper documents the Arduino comes with, as if they resell refunded products as new... Something to look out for.
Sent them pictures like they requested and still wont budge because of a stupid invoice email, wtf?
Use your payment method's receipt.
Standard retail practice. You can't test-drive a haggis and expect a full return.
Standard retail practice.
They have learned through the school of hard knocks, by honoring dishonorable people. It's not you. It's not Arduino. It's the whole world.
Find "sales." (again)
Day 2, still fighting with support over a non existent email containing a pdf called "invoice"...
Despite me having all the information in invoice ready, it doesn't matter...
Day 3, Had sent them all the information that could possibly be in this stupid pdf file... no response after 24 hours.
Transaction dispute started.
