Oscilloscope Noise

I bought a new scope few days ago. After a few measurements oscilloscope became noisy.
I am using oscilloscopes internal generator.
Here are some of the pictures.

Zoom in (timebase) to see the detail perhaps?

Have you tried other signal sources?

Can you explain a bit more please. I am a new user of oscilloscope.

Yes, I have tried. Somehow it started working better right now.

(with the same settings)

Sounds like an intermittent fault then. There are many tutorials on the net about using 'scopes - I'd work through some of them perhaps, keeping an eye out for this behaviour returning.

Thanks for your answer. I will definitely watch those tutorials.

Try contacting the manufacturer's support for this, it may be a fault in the scope which would be covered by warranty. The only thing I can think of that could cause that is the probe cap is not on tight or a bad probe. Next time switch probes. By the way you have a nice scope, it will last you a lot of years.
