Oscilloscope program, can you make it better

Lots of people had a pandemic project, mine was creating an oscilloscope program for the Arudino that would push it to the limits. Here is what I came up with. It only works on AtMEGA328 based systems.

10Khz dual channel with 4 digital channels
512 channel depth
Adjustable Pre-trigger that can be set to any input
3 clock outputs each adjustable
Can be Calibrated
FFT for those that want frequency output

After that, I sort of ran out of RAM.

Videos to demonstrate it with an Arduino Nano are here:

The code itself and much more detailed description of how it works is here:

Let me know what you think.

10Khz dual channel
I think somone who teaches should capitalise Herr Hertz's unit, and know that "kilo" is abbreviated with a lowercase 'k'.

// Univiersity of Nebraska Lincoln
..and know how to spell "University" (maybe that's a deliberate anti-plagiarism thing )

Maybe know about crt0?

It's entirely possible that OP typed too quickly. I don't doubt their background, Arduino 'scopes are a feat.

The syntax is good, but the semantics are suspect

I am certainly guilty of typing too fast and dropping a few characters here and there.

As for background, you could always go to the University of Nebraska web site in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department and find a photo of me. Started teaching in 2006, before that, worked in industry for almost 25 years.

I first attempted to find a program that would let the Mega328 be an O-Scope, great claims, but didn't do what I wanted. It needed to work with the Nano.

Just started to put stuff on YouTube so I suck at getting that stuff setup. I have shot 100+ videos on various topics, will post some more on PCB design, one set was posted a day or two ago.

Waiting to see people run the code and see what they think.

I type too quick, no spell check inside the program, sorry. Back when I was a teenager, the teachers then kept getting on my case about my spelling. Now in my 60s, I really don't expect it to improve.
