Note that after reset, all of the pull-ups are enabled (from the datasheet).
Then, in variant.cpp, it's initialized as CAN pin (CANTX1) which is an output.
CANTX0 (labeled CANTX on the Due) is also always high.
They work as regular GPIO after configuring with pinMode().
