Which Arduino board do you use ? Is it for a battery operated project ?
I'm sorry, but I can not find the power usage.
I think oxygen sensors generate their own voltage.
The opamp that amplifies this (current), and the logic after that, could use a few mA.
Nothing significant when on mains power.
