Paid GIG.. Creating a wake up trsnmitter for RFID device

Dear All.
Im looking for someone to code for me an arduino project that will send a "wake up" signal to a TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) sensor (RFID 433 MH).
No need to reverse engineer the signal as I already have the specs, I just need it coded for me, and a bill of materials for me to build it.

Let me clarify that I only need to wake up the sensor, the data reading is done through a third party system.

I'm trying to figure out how RFID is related to 433 MHz or a tire pressure monitoring system. How do you wake the system up today?

It uses RFID to "Wake up" and start transmitting data to the on car receiver. Its a battery saving strategy.
Were in Germany, hence RFID is 433.

We just need the wake up part the data recieving is already handled.
