Don’t run the 5V strips from the Arduino 5V pin...
Your schematic will have two separate strips - each running the same petter.
Lose the 10K resistor... use INPUT_PULLUP instead.
Using RST, RED-SW in this way might work, but is highly questionable for what you need.
