If you really are trying to send AT commands

  1. you don't need a password

  2. you can create a new password in the same process

  3. you cannot communicate by wireless. You need to exit AT mode and start over in comms mode

There must be a bazillion programmes out there for configuring in AT mode. If you cannot find one, you just aren't trying hard enough.
