Patching Inotool to work with Arduino 1.6.6

I’m trying to get Ino to work with the latest 1.6.6 release, but the basic ino build command is failing with the error:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "/usr/local/bin/ino", line 6, in <module>
      File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ino/", line 76, in main
      File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ino/commands/", line 285, in run
      File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ino/commands/", line 215, in make
        ret =[self.e.make, '-f', makefile, 'all'])
      File "/usr/lib/python2.7/", line 522, in call
        return Popen(*popenargs, **kwargs).wait()
      File "/usr/lib/python2.7/", line 710, in __init__
        errread, errwrite)
      File "/usr/lib/python2.7/", line 1327, in _execute_child
        raise child_exception
    OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Inspecting the code finds it’s trying to execute the binary /usr/share/arduino/hardware/tools/avr/bin/make which no longer seems to exist in the current release.

How do I work around this error? Has this file been relocated somewhere else? Is there an alternative command I can use?
