Hi @huybui91. Check to make sure the USB cable is fully inserted into the socket on the board and computer. I have experienced that "Device can't start" error sometimes when the USB cable isn't getting a good connection. Maybe that is the cause of the error you are encountering as well.
If that doesn't help, try a different USB cable. It is possible the one you are using might be damaged, defective, or just too low of quality to work in this application.
