Alright then one of these will solve your issue.
Downclock gpu + increase gpu fanspeed
Downclock cpu
More airy enviroment for your computer
Downgrade ingame graphics
Free up more RAM during game, remove background tasks
If none of those work individually or in combinations then you have a really unique problem over my head.
It might just be game specific.
