PCB board output connections

hi i am on a project which record sound and play it via old phone. i designed a pcb but couldn't decide how should be my out connection. i think that tunik type connection would be suitable(never used bfore) but maybe clemens or rj45 will be more suitable. this is my first design and i am widely open to your corrections.

1-cable plug and remove when caryying sytem or any malfunction. lets say once a week.
2- cable will carry microphone signal, speaker signal, 5 volt ,3.3 volt, motor driver pins, ground and one interrupt pin.

3- max current is 1A and it is not continuous. voltages is 3.3 v,5v and 12 v

Low current, Low voltage ?

yes low current low voltage

I usually just use 1/10th spacing headers.

Could you explain it a little more?

0.1" spaced pin headers.

Same as 2.54mm spaced pin headers.
