Hi guys, I need a quote for the construction of a pcb. What should the pcb do?
Inputs: 10 digital inputs (for sensors / flow meters), 3 inputs for buttons (START / +, STOP / -, OK) and two 4-20ma inputs (I will connect a ph and ec transmitter like this: shorturl.at/fnqA1)
Output: Drive these relays: shorturl.at/gyNRS and a small i2c LCD
The card must connect to the internet (W5500 and WIFI)
Your description sounds like a bottomless pit. 10 inputs for sensors/flowmeters, what are these devices and post technical links to each one. Buttons, what type, how far from system, etc. 40-20ma inputs, more information as to what they are connected and what you expect to do with the results. Output drive relays, how big, what LCD, both WiFi and Ethernet. Why the W5500 and what data rate do you want. How is all this to work together. This is just a starting point.
Assuming you don't mean just a PCB, i.e., a bare board, but a full design along with software to do whatever, it really can't be quoted since there is no mention of what functionality is needed from the software.
However, Rough order of Magnitude quote would be $3,000 for hardware design and assuming some bare minimum software functionality (connect to internet via one of two methods and do some basic control/reporting), add another $5,000.
Can get much more specific once you outline what the board has to do with all these inputs and outputs.
