Please explain what that means, and describe what you actually did.
I redesigned the PCM5102A board to fit directly into the Audio PCB board I made, when everything was soldered I ran into a problem where the lights on the USB TTL power supply went out when I plugged it into the USB TTL pins. What's wrong with my design?
Bad soldering? Check for shorts on the board.
Before I installed the resistor and capacitor my pcb was safe when I installed the component my pcb could not turn on the power supply. Is there something wrong with my design?
