I'm very sorry to hear that you did not received the Arduinos. Thank you very much for sending the pictures of the condition of the box and the other items in your order. What seems to have happened is that when the box arrived at Customs, it was opened and inspected (which is normal), but the Customs people lost the items (which is not normal).
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do because it is not possible to file a claim for a lost or damaged shipment with USPS First-Class International Mail. The only option is for you to place another order containing the Arduinos, and we can offer them to you at the replacement cost of $20.00 each instead of the normal price of $29.95.
Again I'm sorry to hear that the items were lost in transit. Please let me know if you'd like to make another purchase of the Arduinos, and I will arrange for the lower pricing.
