Peltier Plate Dual H-Bridge Motor

I want to reverse current of peltier plate, and also with the ability to control the current so I can control only hotness once I reverse the current, or control only coldness if I did not reverse the current.

I have no idea how to use this h-bridge with the peltier plate and the Arduino. Would it be similar to this guide?

I'm using:

Peltier Plate: PELTIER COOLER PLATE TEC112703 15V 3A

An Arduino Uno

Do not double post.

As I said in your previous post, you can't use that H-bridge with that Peltier module, because the H-bridge can't handle the required current.
