I bought this pH board but I can´t find the library nor the code.
Can you please help me ?

From the look of it this are most likely analog outputs.

Stick that pH probe in pH=7 and pH=4 (or even pH=10) buffers and measure the output. Then you got the calibration for your probe.

The temperature probe is probably a thermistor. Without knowing the parameters of the thing it's hard to use.

For added fun: the thermistor is ratiometric, the pH probe is absolute. The only way to get good readings is to make sure your 5V Vcc is dead stable.
