Hello everyone, I am quite new in the Arduino game (software engineer background)

Second module I know, it works. The other two I don't know.
Another thing to consider is the type of probe. Those probes don't look like they'll do well if you simply chunk them in the water and leave them there (like I do with mine). Some probes have to stay wet (submerged) at all times ("industrial" probes), others can't stand that ("lab" probes).

This is the one I'm using. Does the job well, appears pretty stable over time. No idea if it's the best - at least it's one of the cheaper ones.
