Phone as Gateway for Arduino Cloud

Hello there everyone,

Is there any possibility to connect the board (Nano RP2040 or the 33 BLE) to the phone via BLE and then use the phone as Gateway for the Arduino Cloud?
I know it can be done using the Wifi of the phone instead of BLE, but in terms of battery efficiency, I would rather use BLE.
