Are you serious? There is no such ting. You have to explain what you are trying to do. If the PC is to be a web server, running PHP scripts when the Arduino as client connects, you have the wrong approach in mind.

If the Arduino is to be a server, then forget about PHP. The Arduino can not run a PHP interpreter.
