I have a 16F84 sitting in a programmer socket. It's been there at least 18 years...
Why would you want to use that chip?
The PIC 16F84 is a great little chip! I had fun with it about 30 years ago.
You probably will too, once you get an idea. Hint: Arduino doesn't work with it.
