So, I was trying to pay the japanese restaurant, and the transaction message was "PICK UP CARD", which sounds like a decline notification, and I had no cash in my wallet.
In a card-present retail, and in restaurants, the merchant is required to confiscate the credit card. And so they did, because (I was kindly explained that) this error message is due to either the card having expired and no longer being in circulation or because the credit card has been reported stolen.
Goddamn it's my credit card, why don't they phone to my bank? Because it's closed at the dinner time? So, why don't they keep calm and relax, and wait to phone the bank on the next day? Before being able to ask them if I could pay with a bank check, my card had been already cut.
And they refused my banck check. And also my proposal of payment through bidcoin got denied. So how can I pay the bill ? And WTF is happening ?!?!?!? And no, my card can't be stolen since it's mine. Beware if it has been cloned, but by whom?
It doesn't make sense. Is it a Candid? Should I smile on the camera?
I will go to claim to my bank. And I will go back to pay the restaurant. Or I will offer to clean all their dishes for a week. That's the promise I made (leaving them a copy of my documents)!
