I want to use this minibox enclosure with the PicoLCD 2x20 display.
It comes with Linux .c libraries. I have no idea how to get these converted in to Arduino libraries. If someone would convert these for use in Arduino and post them I will send then the LCD with the UI (nav and selection buttons shown on the minibox in exchange for making the Arduino libraries.

Am I interpreting this correctly? . . . It looks like you want someone to develop code for the hardware and then after they send you the code you will send them the hardware.

No, I will send the hardware ahead of the code conversion on a gentleman's agreements to do the code conversion. The C libs already exist in the links provided in the post.
