piezo coax cable

Hello, please i need some help

I have a problem figuring out a circuit for this cable Piezo_cable

i want to use it to trigger an interrupt on arduino , when i step on the cable it gives around 0.5v, i tried a voltage comparator but i cant make it work correctly, sometimes the output is not right and other times i hace a retriggering problem.

Can someone please point me to a circuit for this cable.

Never worked with piezo cable.
I think charge amplifiers are used.

Don’t know why you want to use an interrupt.
Stepping on it is a slow process, and can be done with polling.
Try this improved knock sensor sketch I wrote for a normal piezo.
