Pin layout for arduimu v3?

Hey everyone, my first post here so let me know if there is anything out of line.

I've been looking for the past 2 days for how to properly hook up my arduimu to my arduino in order to process the Gyroscope, Accelerometer, and Magnetometer readings and properly position the servos of a UAV I'm building.

I've looked at the google code layout here:
https://code.google.com/p/arduimu-v3-ahrs-improvements/source/browse/ArduIMU_V3_Layout.txt

As well as the schematic here:

However it seems these don't properly match up with the layout of the board here:

Looking at the google code page, it seems the pins 15, 16, and 17 (MOSI, MISO, and SCK) are the pins which output data from the MPU-6000 chip (gyro and accelerometer), and the pins 27 and 28 (SDA and SCL) output data from the HMC-5883L chip (magnetometer).

However I don't see how it is possible that there are only 3 pins for 6 points of data (X, Y, and Z for both accelerometer and gyroscope), and I have been trouble finding the definitions for the remaining pins.

Therefore I am wondering if there is anywhere I can find the definitions for each pin of the arduimu, and how to properly connect these to an arduino uno.

I believe the Arduimu uses an i2c bus to transmit data. The i2c bus uses two pins SDA and SCL (plus the standard power/ground wires). Each i2c device has an address, and communication is done by sending commands to that address. Multiple devices can be on the same bus, providing they have different i2c addresses.
