I have an AtTiny167. Its GPIO pins are specified using the internal register designators, e.g., PA7 or PB3. Fine. But digitalWrite wants a pin number. How do I determine what "pin number" is PA7, or PB3, or whatever?

You need a core for the ATtiny167.
