For about a month I’ve had the Arduino Microcontroller and have played around with it. 
Now I’m wondering if it’s at all possible to connect a pinhole camera to the arduino and have
video displayed on my laptop (or TV)?
The short answer is no.
Arduino does not have the power or memory to do image / video manipulation.
