I am getting this error when i upload example blink code to my Arduino UNO R3
There is "C:\Users\Balaji\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\avr\1.8.2\cores\arduino\pin_arduino.h"
this pins_arduino.h in my File as well as arduino library file
"C:\Users\Balaji\Documents\Arduino\libraries\NotePad\pin_arduino.h"

Are you saying your blink sketch is different ?
The output from the blink sketch compile has no reference to the file you are saying.

I Opened the code from
File -> Examples -> 01.Basic -> Blink
I also tried using Online Arduino Web Editor (Using Create Agent Plugin), it works fine.
But when i Use Arduino IDE (Offline) this error occurs
