PIR sensor cooldown

Hi, can anyone please help with a project I'm working on. I'm using a PIR sensor to find people from inanimate objects. I'm using a transistor as a switch to get around the cooldown, but can't seem to get the PIR to turn off and reset as soon as it is active.

Basically I'm wanting a code that when the input detects high, it turns the output that is powerng it low and then restarts in a rapid cycle, While also using an If else statement to react to the information.

Does that look like a requirements statement to you? What input? Inputs are HIGH or they are LOW. They don't detect anything.

Why do you want to turn the PIR off? If that's what you are talking about...

You can just ignore the pin that the PIR sensor is connected to for as long as you desire.

To react how to what information?
